Automatic gluing station

The first step to an automated production process is to handle the lamellas by means of a gluing station. It is composed of a  cross conveyor, an infeed and transport by rollers as well as an appropriate glue application system. An extremely precise glue application helps to reduce glue consumption and costs. Even soiling of the gluing press and cleaning efforts are diminished significantly. The gluing station can be equipped with various types of application systems to treat 1 or 2 component glues. Furthermore, a variety of options is available such as infeed of random widths, contactless width measuring, automatic height adjustment, printing solutions for marking and labeling, lifting device integrated into the cross conveyor for lamella sorting, etc.
