NEW – Maximum flexibility “Length and width cutting on a single machine”
Be among the first to experience the new Flex+ module live. The innovation enables fully-automated length and width cutting in a single process. When combined with an OptiCut S 60 or OptiCut S 90, the module offers considerable added value and significantly eases automatic cutting of crates and transport bases.
NEW – Fully-automated pallet line for the production of up to 450 pallets per hour
As an exclusive for you during the Packaging Days, you will be able to see a WEINIG DIMTER customer project for fully-automated pallet production. The exhibited system section, vacuum destacking, three OptiCut 260 throughfeed saws, mechanization for delivering the cut lengths to the pallet line and extensive customer-specific system control as well as part tracking for precise charging of the pallet line can all be seen live.

Individual machine demonstrations
Throughout the Packaging Days, our entire cross-cutting portfolio will be available for demonstrations, from the EasyStop longitude fence system, which will be exhibited in conjunction with the OptiCut C50 and C700 under-table cross-cut saws, to the S50, S60 and S90 Superdrill pushfeed saws and the OptiCut 260 and 450 Quantum throughfeed saws.
We will also be happy to show you how easy product management, order processing and machine operation can be with our OptiPal packaging software. A range of labeling solutions will complete the WEINIG DIMTER exhibits.
The VarioRip 310 rip saw and a FlexiRip longitudinal saw with FlexiCut from WEINIG Raimann and the EasyScan+ scanner system from WEINIG Luxscan will also be available for you.
